Tractor Trailer fire in East Fallowfield Township

On April 19th at 5 am the Modena Fire Company was dispatched to assist the the WestWood Fire Company on a working tractor trailer fire. Engine 37-2 with a crew of 3 made the response. A short time after Engine 37-1 made the response with a crew of 3. Engine 37-2 crew got on scene they deployed the hydraulic tools to pop open the doors and hood of the tractor. Engine 37-1 crew assisted with soaking down the tractor and hitting hotspots. Crews were on scene for a total of an hour.
