On June 30th at 10:10 am the Modena Fire Company was dispatched to assist the Westwood Fire Company on a House Fire in the 200 block of Wilmington Road. Chief 37 (Dowlin) and Engine 37-2 made the response with five. Crew were advised that there was possible still someone in the house. Medic 44 arrived with smoke showing Assistant 44 requested the WFD. Chief 37 arrived moments later and establish the Wilmington Road command. Engine 37-2 took the second due engine assignment. Crews assisted with fire suppression, search, and overhaul. Crews operated on scene for two hours.
